Advance America - Rohnert Park - 520 Raley's Towne Center Reviews

Excellent customer service. Fast and convenient service...

This is my first time I didn’t like the service after going there for more than 6 years. Very strange after you dealt with so many managers and for you to be told all have basically been doing their job wrong when I was asked for the last of my social. The staff before in Rohnert Park smiled and treated you like family because after all you are bringing the business!

I've been going to your store and I always walk out with a smile. The employees are friendly & nice.

Thank You💯

The most excellent experience really and I would recommend this place to anyone.
They were business like knew what they were doing and knew their stuff.
I also appreciated the kindness of the staff member who helps me and I wish to heck I could remember her name but thank you my father had just died and she was very kind about it she knows who she is thank you Advance America you help me out in a time of need.

They were very amicable to me because I did not speak English.

Amazing Customer Service! She provided all information I needed! Thumbs up!

There was 2 ladies working and it was better and faster.

I have always been Treated with the utmost of respect whenever I come into your facility. The customer service is excellent and I feel your business is helpful.

Allie is very helpful and efficient. She deserves a raise for handling entire Rohnert Park office.

To Management I'm always been treated outstandingly and always care about the customers situation even if unable to pay the loan due always going well beyond and going the extra mile you are exceptionally outstanding Sincerely Yours, Jason Dea In Cotati Ca, 94931

My visit was handled by Niellie. She was awesome and very professional. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Great service. Thanks

I forgot the reps name when I went in yesterday but she was awesome, got me in and out of the office easy and quickly😀😀. Thank you

It was easy, fast and friendly service!

You always do good...it's a pleasure working with you!!!

Very efficient and expeditious staff, extremely courteous

The person who helped me was very nice. and professional. He took the time to explain pay day loan. Was patient when explaining it.

Beck does a great job! Explains everything so you can understand the process and is very efficient.

I have had to use other payday loans. This is the one I have visited. I like the staff at the one I use. It's nice to be greeted by name. They are extremely helpful with suggesting solutions to my money woes. The whole system is quick and easy. Now with the new website, I can payoff my loan and request another one from my home! You can't get better than that!
