The people are very nice to you and great with helping you. It's a pretty easy process and if you can't pay it off right away they are good with letting you pay off and borrow back as many times as you need to. I would choose them over other payday loan places. My opinion.

I like the two people at the Rolla Advance America for their friendly service and efficiency. I've stayed with this branch because of the personal touch and often use the cash advance in months where I'm confronted with an unexpected expense (like registering a new vehicle or making a long-needed home repair) so that I don't run short of money. I like the 30-day period for the short-term advance because it fits my VA and Social Security paydays, and I really like the Rolla office.

Excellent Customer Service
I must take one moment to say thank you to Jeanne and Don at the Rolla Branch. They are both very help ful and hard workers. My credit is not the best but no matter what I explain to them that I need help with they always offer a way that Advance America can help me whether it is a pay day loan or a financed loan. I don’t know if you offer a customer service certificate or a time off award but if you do they are both deserving of it!! Me and my family we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of your kindness and hardwork!! THANK YOU!!
