I have one store that is exemplary
I have one store that is exemplary. No Problems ever. I have another store, where the problems are almost expected.
Harper Avenue St. Cl. Sh. MI. 100% top drawer. Knowledgeable staff and excellent management.
Southfield MI 12 Mile Road. Not so much. I had proof that your check had cleared 5 days prior, and 5 days ago, it overdrew the account, she was afraid to let me re-up. I further showed her that the bank balance currently was positive, and the original check was covered by overdraft protection. Thankfully the manager was there, and was able to handle the issue, but it cost me 45 minutes.
Another issue. You guys have got to get with the rest of us in the 21st century. ALL activity, loans, payoffs and re-ups should be allowed to be done and seen online. ESPECIALLY clients' account history. Tax returns could be involved.
