I had to wait a little longer then expected only one employee at the counter when I arrived and he was busy doing other things and handling calls while I stood waiting to be helped. Other then that all went well.

Advance America uses today's technology
I like the technology Advance America is using.I especially like the feature of sending the money to my bank account by using my debit card. Due to the Cov-19, there lines everywhere.Now, even at ATMs which is how I would usually deposit my pay-day loan money. I have bad knees. Standing in all the lines these days takes a toll them.I want to THANK whomever thought of of the idea and those that implemented it. Also,going totally paperless is going to save a few trees. I like trees..Thanks again.

Advance America where I do my business have polite agents & good customer service. They are quite fair in providing time to get advances paid as well. The company further demonstrates care of their customers by adding digital advancement in the way contracts are handled which speeds up the process of paying and/or getting an advance.
