My recent visit was as always, very pleasant and accommodating. Sherri is such a wonderful person and very skilled in her job. She treats me with the upmost kindness and respect. She's friendly as can be. Actually, I look forward to going in, because she greets me with a big smile.
I had the pleasure of meeting her new boss (name escapes me) today and she was very professional and friendly.
