Every time I try to use the online loan…
Every time I try to use the online loan process, I have to wait for 2 days, and then I have to cancel the loan and go into the store. The nearest store is 30 miles away so this is a major inconvenience. I even input my debit card for a quicker deposit turnaround. However, when you are taking payment from me, it comes out of my account immediately. Debra, in the Shelbyville Indiana office, is the nicest person you have working for your company. She is the only one who ever goes out of her way to help the customer.
