I have been coming here for a while and…
I have been coming here for a while and I am starting to see why you go through employees so fast. Seems you can't get any employees who understand professionalism. Come to find out that the gentleman you have working at the Sioux City location is the manager. I had a quite an experience with him as I was waiting and listening to the way he talked to people specially to the woman who I've seen many times in their talking to him who he must know. But you should know this gentleman talks badly about your company complains about how he's the only one in the company that cares about that location. Also mentioned either an Annie or Andy I can't recall he was talking pretty fast as something clearly upset him. He mentioned that his Boss is an idiot and no one likes them. Also talked about another customers information after that customer left which I feel like is a breach of privacy. I have decided to pay my loan off and not go back based on every time I go there this man is out there, emotional and extremely unprofessional in my eyes. He also was on his phone the entire time he was helping with customers even video calling people which is to me something that can be a security breach as I don't want my information verified when he has people he knows in the store and on the phone. I have decided that there are other apps online that I can go through that basically do the same thing that you guys are doing and it will save me my fear of my information being leaked on top of dealing with a manager who should not be a manager.
