My experience was made special because of the outstanding customer service I received from Brandy and Robin. They went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued and appreciated customer. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out.
I also appreciated that I didn't have to wait long, which made the entire process smooth and convenient. Because of the excellent service I received, Advance America will be my first choice whenever I need a payday loan. And of course, I'll be returning to the location where Brandy and Robin are working!

I had to come write a review! Omg in these days great costumer service is so underrated! Brandy and Robin was beyond amazing! The energy and cleanliness of this Southfield location was immaculate! These ladies went over and beyond to help my mother and now I’ve became loyal customer as well!
Please have these ladies write a handbook for all who works in customer service! Great work ladies!!!
