Great good experience

I was in a bind and Advance America came through. It's a shame the office is closing in Springhill, Louisiana. I from Arkansas and i can't do it online.

Your Springhill, La store is awesome! Even during these tough Covid times they have given the best service and made me as a customer feel safe and protected when coming in. I had become overwhelmed with the online process and I went in and walked out free of stress ready for the rest of my day! These ladies had no idea the stress I was under when I entered the store but just the fact that they handled my problem relieved me of a lot.

The ladies makes transaction smooth. Also update you knowledgeable information. I enjoy doing business with you.

I have neen using advanced America for a while now. I have a limited income. I do not receive food stamps so i use advance america to buy groceries and buy my medications for the cancer tht i have. Thanks advance america if it wasnt for you guys then i don't know what id do.

I secured a payday cash advance loan and payment for loan was scheduled to be withdrawn via debit card from my checking account on 10/14/2019 which was a holiday. The associate explained to me that the bank transaction would occur in the evening hours and i needed to ensure the funds were available in my account before midnight on due date. The payment due date fell on a national holiday and i could not deposit the funds into my account due to bank closed in honor of Columbus Day. I called Cash America and requested that the funds be withdrawn on the following day that i would deposit the funds into my account in the night deposit and the funds would be available 9 am on 10/15 Associate agreed to delay the transaction for 10/15. However the transaction was made on 10/14 as apposed to agreement and my bank charged an overdraft fee since the transaction was done on 10/14 and not 10/15 as noted by cash america associate. Payment due dates should not be scheduled on holiday when banks are closed!

Friendly employees.That makes you feel your business is appreciated.So the staff they're needs to be noted for there assistance & exceptional treatment of there customers.
