Trying to get a loan online here was a nightmare. I did everything right but still didn't get the loan even though I was qualified to do so. I ended up calling them to see what was wrong and the woman was very nice, however, told me that I not only had to send in my bank statement and ID photo but also photos of the back of the ID plus a photo of me holding the ID. These steps were not listed in the instructions and I didn't find out about them until I called. I went to the store itself and got the loan within minutes instead of waiting for a week. I will only go to the store and never online again. I gave one star for this website but 5+ for the lady at the store.
