The first time I went in the teller …
The first time I went in the teller gave me the wrong information she looked overwhelmed sent me away because she said I needed some more paperwork. I left came back the next day the teller was saying how she needed a cigarette so bad she was moping and sighing like she didnt want to help me. She said she messed my papers up then had to call for help. End result after taking with a manager she finally helped. I'm also am existing customer...have not had a good experience
