The Manager (Tammy) at the Laskey Road Store in Toledo, Ohio was extremely helpful and polite. While I was in the store, she and her assistant handled a potential situation with another customer with complete courtesy. It was reassuring to know that there are still people that can do their job and treat people with courtesy and respect.
