I have been doing business with you for about two years now, I have to give you five stars and no one gets that from me. Recently, I haven't seen the checks go through my bank yet but I did call and say, "Send them through and though they don't yet show on my statement the balance is correct and you haven't called me stating any different. So once again you have continued to create a lifetime of business. If I get lucky and win the lottery I hopefully will no longer require your services but I have and will always continue to refer folks to you.
You have been more than helpful to me even when I once failed you. I came back with the $30.00 bounced check fee and Nichol said, "Awe we waived that, you are back home. How can we help you? All I need is a current bank statement because you haven't been here for a while."
I wish the very best for your company and the personnel.
And if I ever do hit the Power Ball, the Tupelo Office might want some time off for a cruise or to at least pick out a new car.
You folks have been a great help when I was in a time of need and I will never forget it.
