Easy, & fast process
I am very happy with the customer service.
There process is easy, fast.
There was one one time I was not able to finish the process because the system was not giving the option to change my new pay date, so I got discouraged and decided to cancel it. The next day a lady call me to ask me if I needed help. I explain her the issue. She fixed the issue. Very friendly and patient lady.
I didn’t need to go another place

I have been pleased with the professional, helpful, and friendly experiences by Advance America staff (Nicole and Josie) at the Upland office.
