The staff is great but..
The staff is great. I appreciate the opportunity to be able to get a payday loan however I don’t like the fact that I was only allowed a week loan because I get paid the next Friday. However if I’d waited until the next day I’d get almost 3 weeks to repay I think it’s unfair I don’t understand why I needed to wait the next day when I really needed it that day. I just don’t think your helping I don’t think it’s right!

It's a pleasure to visit your store at 20th Street and 58th Avenue in Vero Beach, FL. The Manager, Mrs. Rolanda Townsend is a very professional and wonderful person. She's courteous and always treats you like a valuable customer. She's an excellent Manager for the other representatives to emulate. They obviously do, as they are nice as well and all of the employees are respectful and do their jobs well. I appreciate their courtesy and consideration immensely. I am glad Advance America is always there when I need them! Thank you!

I am very grateful for this company. I have on several occasions used their services.The staff has always been very helpful. Especially making me feel comfortable about having to borrow. I like that am able to pay it quickly on a date that is good for me. I recently used the online number extremely easy to do.
