Its okay to ask for help
Kelli is helpful pleasant and encouraging. It makes difficult times easier. She does not make you feel less than for needing help. The staff she train's approach customers in the same way. She is passing the people & business skills onto trainee's so they will be effective in their jobs. Thanks Kelli & staff for everything.

I have been going to advance America for a very long time the other was the first time I thought girl's were very rude I can't wait to get paid off. We go in for help not to be put down by Advance America employee. Time are tough and not everyone one is burn with silver spoon in their mouth.
