I had to use the App this time to renew....the online version wouldn't move past the log in screen....just froze up. Never used the app before on the phone...but will consider that again. NOT the first time the online version has not worked for me.

I applied for a loan and was approved…
I applied for a loan and was approved but was not told that cash app is not supported. I used my cash app card and never received the funds. I am now waiting for the “ investigation” to receive my loan. I had received an email and a text that my cash was ready after the fact at the nearest store for pick up; drove 40 minutes and still was unable to pick up the funds. Waiting for an explanation and “investigation” as to where the money actually is since I never received it on my card. Ive been using Advance America for a long time and have never had an issue. Hoping this is resolved asap.
