I could not log into my account.I called your company for assistance and was told I must go to your local branch office to verify my identity. This I did and the clerk was most helpful, HOWEVER, What ever your IT guys did when you updated your home page still will not allow me to log in to my account. You guys can do better! Please correct the problem(s) so I can access my account.

The ladies of Advanced America are very courteous and professional. I made a phone call and the lady on the line walked me through the application steps so that when I came in all I had to do is pull up my name and retrieve the cash because I was pre-approved for a pay day loan. She even let me know to be safe that it was raining on that side of town because she noticed my address was across town from her. So that was very sweet of her and it was not raining where I was so that was very helpful of her to do that. Once I got there the ladies each help me and my wife on different matters and gave great information about the company and how to refer friens and get a $50 master card in return!!! what a great deal because I have already referred 3 people, they say next time they need a pay day loan they will be in hopefully they remember to refer me...lol!!! Thank you Advanced America for your help we'll continue to be a customer for life as our last pay day company left the state of Florida so we had no idea where to go that was as nice as them and would give us a comparable amount of cash in advance as them as well. And we found that Advanced America does so it worked out very well for us. So come on down to meet the nice ladies, you can even call 1st to get pre-approved.
