The customer service from Donna and Vinnie is excellent. They are courteous and quick to demonstrate their knowledge of the business, including the rules and regulations. I trust them withy transactions and rely on them for reminders to pay back the loans. You guys rock

Exceptional customer service
Donna and Vinny are exceptional I have not used Advance America in 5 years, Donna made my experience very pleasant. She was wearing a grinch sweater that I absolutely loved as Christmas is one of my favorite holidays and I love the movie grinch. Very festive and fun. I hope you ladies have a great holiday.

Things are noticeably better since last year...still cant figure out why there is only one girl on Fridays...Give the girls a break and put two people on Fridays. Why so cheap?

Great Service
Service here is always friendly and curtious. They go out of my way to meet my request dates. Recently I showed up right at closing and they were nice enough to service me even though they did not have to!
