The sales team are fraudulent

The sales team are fraudulent, their spectacularly greasy salesperson Chris Howe who replaced our original account manager promised us two replacement Xerox MFDs that would cost £20,000 as well as a couple of smaller machines for free, then asked me to sign a blank contract. When I refused, and asked for the contract to be filled in he filled it in with £20,000 of purchases - those repeatedly promised as free. After raising this with their sales manager Richard Nevard the second rate con artist Chris Howe was promoted, and still works there. We will be moving to a Xerox rep that doesn't pride itself on employing criminals.
