Heatpump and heating system installed. Do not use this company unless you want continuing problems due substandard workmanship. Not returning your phone calls over a period of weeks is very stressful therefore I would recommend no stars. I do not have any confidence is this company due to failings and lies. Most recent experience received phone call to book in for a heatpump service. Arranged didn't turn up. I telephoned was told that I would be contacted and wasn't. Telephoned again and was told that they would contact me within the next 1/2 hour which was over a week ago😠 😒

We applied for the government grant, which took a while to work through but were kept informed as to progress.
Well once granted things moved very efficiently, I have not had a better service from a company like this. Nothing was to much trouble,
Cleaned as they went and given the amount of pulling about the house needed to lay pipes under floors.
The organisation was excellent, the scaffolders turned up 9ish on the Monday, closely followed by the plumbers.
No messing about they started work immediately and professionally. The team said if I had issues and didn't like something talk and they would sort out the issue, Honestly I have not had such a good service from any company like Advanced eco, Michael and his Team, Thank you.
The fitting took 2 days to do, there was a lot to do. The pipe work was looks a work of art, pipework all over the house is a joy to see and all mess cleaned up as they went.
On the third day, the plumbing was finished off and the electricians turned up to complete the install. Micheal and team then showed me how to operate the heating system.
Again you will be hard to find a better service then Advanced eco

Update 1: First afternoon to nighttime
Given that the house has been without heat for 2 days in cold weather, the house is hotter then I have ever felt in it, i'm very impressed with the setup.

Update 2:
Having received our first eon bill which covered the first 2 weeks I am pleased to see that we are using probably 50% less electricity then this time last year. The house is so much warmer. Honestly I had my doubts how well this system would work, but are all unfounded, speak to advanced eco for advice.

We had an installation of an air source heat pump and solar panels by the excellent team from Advanced Eco, Michael, Tyler, Harry and Dave. We were very impressed with their knowledge and the way they carried out the work in a friendly and professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble, I had a query with the control panel which was easily solved with a simple phone call. Thanks guys for a first class job!

Had solar panels installed last year. All work was professionally carried out, very friendly and explained everything to us. All working fine, and cheaper bills too!

Michael and the lads did a good job with work being completed very quickly 16/17th January- they were nice and friendly and easy to talk to and any questions asked were answered it’s so much nicer when you have workmen in your home who are nice friendly and approachable. The house throughout is toasty warm - thank you Vince & Sheila Robert.

This company installed heat pump and solar panels in August 24 at the house of an old lady of 90yrs with Alzheimer’s in August and she hasn’t had hot water since then.
Shame on you.
We get pushed around the company and no one ever turns up.

This was under a government scheme which took a little longer to get arranged, however once Michael and his team arrived install was complete in 2 days where they were nothing but professional and included me in every stage. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was as god or better when they left (even replaced a few cracked tiles for me while working on the roof). Handover was excellent, ensuing I understand the new system and how to get the most from it. Post care has also been excellent, being in contact to ensure it meets expectations and offer any guidance necessary.

Had new raidators, solar panels and air source heat pump installed through the EON scheme which amazingly was free. Advanced Eco managed the install. It was done very quickly and to a good standard.
The pump itself didnt work initially but Advanced Eco came back daily until it was up and running. Several months on and its running perfectly. The solar is generating export income and saving me money/ The pump also seems very efficient and heats the house nicely despite my own initial reservations. Overall very impressed. Many thanks to Michael and the plumbers who were very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Solar Panels, Air Source heat pump and new radiators fitted last week by Advancedeco. The fitters were amazing, polite, friendly and very responsive to my queries etc. Exceptionally tidy and clean making sure all debris cleared away and flooring, carpets protected.
Well done, Special thanks to Michael, Harry, Davy, and Gary, you made the experience stress free.

The installation was neat, tidy and overall, once finished, good.

The installation did however take longer than planned and the engineers did not return the following day to complete the installation. They also had to return to complete the same snagging 3 times which took several weeks to complete.

To add to the issues the app didn't work for several days after the installation. Having followed the instructions on how to install the app and connect to the inverter and watching quite a few "how to" and "trouble shooting" videos on YouTube it still wouldn't work .
Advanced Eco had to log in remotely to try and sort the app. Eventually they managed, again after several days, to get the app working but didn't and now won't tell me how they did this. We changed internet provider 10 weeks later and not can't get the app to work, again. Their solution, pay them to fix a problem they didn't resolve satisfactory in the first place.

They were communicative and responsive when we were talking about having PV installed and when we placed the order but since then their responses have been slow and their customer service is lacking.

Today - Friday the 26th of May at 9.54am - my mother was phoned by the office administrator of Advanced Eco Ltd, regarding solar panels being installed in our home under the Green Home Grant.

I regret to report that the phone call caused my mother significant stress both during and after the conversation. The office administrator spoke to my mother as if she were a child; it sounded like she was being reprimanded (so loud was the administrator's tone that I could hear her even from where I was sitting).

My mother tried to explain the situation, but still the administrator's tone did not cease to sound scolding. Eventually the administrator put the phone down on my mother without even a thank you or goodbye.

My mother suffers from both PTSD and angina; when she experiences a stressful situation brought on by a negative encounter, her blood pressure goes up, she experiences a cramping sensation in her chest and her body begins to shake.

My mother was in a good mood until this phone call happened. She felt dehumanised - stating that even dogs receive better treatment than that. She already experiences a great deal of stress in her day-to-day life and this phone call did nothing to help.

A little kindness, politeness and good manners can go a long way. The surveyor who visited our house on the 17th of May is a good example of this - he was friendly, helpful and polite.

Clearly, some people need to be reminded that we should all be more mindful of how we treat others - you never know how your words and tone of voice can affect someone else.

I sincerely hope that lessons will be learned.

A faulty survey led to a serious error during the installation of my cavity wall insulation. I have yet to receive a certificate, despite asking repeatedly. I did receive a reduction in the bill to compensate for damage caused, but regret having given this company 'the benefit of the doubt' after reading other negative reviews.

Advanced eco have just installed my solar panels , From survey to installation couldn't fault them , Since the install i am already seeing the savings in my energy bills. great service highly recommended

Solar panels and battery Survey carried out with a professionalism and high standard with all questions answered straight away.
The day of installation went very smoothly with no issues the installing team where helpful, polite and well equipped, even helped to set up the app on my phone so that I can monitor the panels and battery. I general went above and beyond and i would highly recommend to anyone.

Attended my property to install solar panels, ill equipped, lazy cheeky operative, sub standed rushed install & left roofs damaged. Then had to call the police when the scaffolders forced entry to dismantle scaffold while we were away.
Now expect us to arrange repairs & told us to claim off our own insurance.
I'm looking forward to the company response, as they can't deny any of it
