I took another test similar to this recently, and they both conflict one another. There’s things on here that I eat every day that don’t bother me and there are things that are not on here that I know bother me.

Completely a scam. I got this test to find any additional sensitivities I may have, as I suffer from autoimmune issues- and the only things this test “confirmed” was how false it is. Stuff I react to and have confirmed allergies to (from blood tests by my allergy specialist) were fine, whereas stuff I eat all the time with no reaction were “bad” including my dog of two years, yet the “domestic cat” showed fine when I’ve confirmed an allergy to them and sneeze every time I’m around one. make it make sense. So shameful they take peoples money for a quick cash grab, when people are at their lowest. I should have known when they test your dead hair instead of the actual root follicles. SHAME ON YOU. I wish I could get my money back and never will I ever buy a product from them again, nor recommend them. I’d rather eat all the gluten they said I could eat (that ended up with me in the ER being treated with sepsis), or snuggle my dog after she rolls in rabbit piss, than ever attempt your products and “services” again !!!!

It’s very helpful to know which foods to stay away from. I’ve always been sic, since I’m a child, this can maybe answer some of that for me.

Sending in my sample was very easy, and I decided to upgrade to the full package, which included the gut health testing. The test results were easy to read and understand, and I learned a lot about which foods, environmental factors, and lifestyle changes may be contributing to inflammation in my body.

I have taken similar tests in the past using a blood sample, and the only sensitivity that came back was egg whites, and even that was not considered severe. This report, however, identified several foods and outdoor environmental factors—including apple tree blossoms—as major inflammatory triggers for me. Some of the results were surprising and gave me a lot to think about.

I’m looking forward to making some lifestyle changes and eliminating or reducing some of the identified triggers to see whether these changes have a positive impact on my autoimmune disease, scleroderma. I appreciate having this information to help me better understand my body and make more informed choices about my health and lifestyle.
