Honestly dealing with this company is a…

Honestly dealing with this company is a job of work. Firstly you’re told by the person that deals with you at your first treatment that it’s completely fine for you to go and work out and swim and whatever after your first treatment but fortunately you check with the Doctor who tells you that this is completely wrong and you’re not to do that for the first 24 to 48 hours. Then they tell you that if you don’t hear from them by a certain date to book your next session you should contact them so you contact them on the contact number. Wait for ages to be put through to the right studio. You get through and reception tell you that they can’t help you to book your next appointment because they don’t have access to that information. So you ask them to send you details that you can contact… but they can’t text you or email you that information. So you literally have to make the time to go in and try and talk to the right person to get your next appointment. I’ve paid £1500 which is a lot of money for me and of course if you look on Groupon, you’ll see the same treatments for 10% of that price. But I’m not going to see any results until I have all of the treatments that I have paid for so I have to persist with this. How can you have flash offices in a flash part of London but booking an appointment in accordance with the instructions you were given is such a job of work? This is basic stuff that shouldn’t be so hard in 2026 so I’m frustrated. But I’ll put aside my reservations and I’m going into the office and hopefully come out with an appointment. Black Jesus, give me patience. Please.
