What can I say other than I’ve never had a bad experience. I have been a customer of advanced interior designs for many years. Anytime I have a project or specific request, the team at AID always comes through.
This company should be avoided at all costs. They are scammers. They will charge you $350 for an item to be returned to them and will add a 20% restocking fee. Companies like this should not be allowed to trade. As I said: avoid at all costs.
