I have just enrolled with Americor

I have just enrolled with Americor and was extremely pleased with the experience. JAVIER was endlessly patient with me....made me feel safe, not judged, and protected. At my age and in my situation, I finally have a ray of hope and look forward to being able to sleep at night. Thank you!

I am going to be honest here and start…

I am going to be honest here and start from the beginning. For what ever reason I started seeing ads for this company as well as other dept management companies. I looked into several most said my dept was too small plus I already had it under control. However this company called me and kept me on the phone for like 2 hours and I felt pushed into signing up before I even looked into the company or if they were right for me. Again keep in mind I have my dept under control in fact it went down 1000 from the time I talked to them to the time I canceled ( which was only a week and few days) with them and that was not with their help that was on my own, and things that were set up before talking to them. Again I felt pushed into signing up without really looking into what this company actually does I slowly learned after I was pushed into signing up. Also there were a few times I was given the wrong info and found out later what the real answer to my question was. It is possible that I was misunderstood on my questions and concerns, that can happen, maybe I asked wrong or was not using the proper terminology. And maybe the pushing was an act of concern for me and wanted to help me out so maybe they had my best interest in mind and it is possible that is what it was. I also need to say that if you do have dept and are struggling to make payments and even missed payments several times this company maybe right for you but it was not right for me in fact this will just make things worse for me. First I would have to turn off all auto payments and that for 2 of the accounts caused the APR to go up and some fees that were not there before would be added. Anyway like I said I have canceled and the process to do so was easy and the guy I talked to was understanding, Although I felt like I may have been a bit rude to him and for that I apologize.
