Everyone so far has been extremely nice as well as helpful. Just starting with the program but am excited about the end result.

I have thought on calling because I was embarrassed of the situation I was in. It took me a week to call and speak to someone. I had some many questions about this program and the rep. I spoke to broke it all down for me.she stayed on the phone with me nearly a hour with no pressure on her side. I signed my paperwork and finally has some relief know that they could help. I would like to thank my representative who goes by OG.

First of all with someone needing help with a program like this there was no pressure whatsoever so ever. I said I needed sometime to weigh my options. Once I texted her back a week later saying I was ready she responded promptly and was ready to walk me through step by step explaining every step of the way. With all of the paperwork there was to sign , she took the time and stop to explain something if I didn’t understand. But most of all she did not sound like someone who was trying to get me through process. She was sincerely on my time and we went as fast as I needed to go

Quick response time. They were super helpful and understanding and not judgemental at all. They helped me not only get the debt I was worried about but the collectors I hadn't even been paying, all on 1 affordable plan

All my concerns and questions answered in a very timely manner. Completely satisfied.

I like all the information. It would be better to have the fee information more up front. It seemed hidden and was a turn off. It was kind of sneaky. I also didn't like that there was bit any time given to think about the possibility. It seemed rushed. Like I had to take advantage of it right then. Kind of like it was taken advantage of the situation. Good thing I had looked into similar things prior and other options. I also didn't realize it was going to take up most my day. Again great information and there was little to question, but many items were repeated, that probably didn't need to be.

I have listened to people explain how the company or program works and it is very easy for me to understand and I am so glad that when I was getting really stressed out that I chose the right company. I know I am in good hands.

From the very start, i have had the most detailed & transparent customer service! I actually called out of curiosity but not wanting to stay on the phone. Daniel Owens was incredible to work with. It's rare that you get somone whose just themselves. Not trying to pitch anything or put you in any certain position. He was polite, extremely helpful, professional, humble & very honest!

Dana Stote was very helpful today. She was a pleasure to work with !

I recently had questions about my application. Customers like me, receiving Social Security, want to know I how the program works. I called to ask about questions and concerns. I was connected to a live representative who thoroughly answered my questions to my satisfaction.

Being Honest and Up Front to the Core!

I went through a complete range of specifics with my personal assistant. We Discussed getting started, and what debts would be most useful to apply this opportunity to my benefits.

A time was set. A figure was put in as an estimate. The finance company was put in motion to build the funds available for the Law Firm to start the negotiations. I will be given an opportunity to look over the negotiations, whether to accept or reject, and continue to have a correct negotiation completed for me in a timely matter.

Any questions, I can contact them, and receive the best intel for me to make a decision whether to accept or reject the offer, and continue forward in negotiations.

Hopes of settling all this within a shorter time period for me.
Expressed a keen interest in NOT having to pay such a high interest rate to this Financial Institution.

Will Settle, and see my CREDIT Dip a little bit, however it will come back up. I'm confident of their dealings with the Creditor's.

Will be an excellent Experience for me, as I know with out any doubt, it will be as they have spoken.

Ana Vega was the representative who took my situation today 4/20/26 and was very knowledgeable very helpful understanding and kind with me and my situation. I always was doing good but my situation now makes me contact customer service support and she was great understanding my situation and offering me options so I can keep going and get back on track with the program hopefully everything will be better for me and keep going with this program wich helps me a lot getting rid off my debt, even do we get disconnected I got liset who took over then I can connected back to Ana staff members are awesome helping and understanding if we have a problem thank you Ana , liset and Americor from advantage law for offering customers great solutions to get back on track
