Had an issue with delivery of my latest delivery which was the 5th purchase. No issues with others and as it turns out this delivery was received and forgotten about believe it or not. The investigation came back as metals where delivered but at my word that I didn't have Richard at Advantage Gold was prepared to move forward with there insurance guarantee to replace my order.
