Customer Service is horrendous

Two stars mainly because everything seems to work fine BUT their biggest weakness is their customer service.

OMG it is so frustrating.
I am in the que for 60 minutes to finally have someone answer me.

The first time I called they said there was too much background noise and the operator hung up.

So I got my headset for work and called again. 30 Minutes later an operator picked up. My microphone was on mute. So by the time I unmuted my headset the operator hung up again ?

It is actually insanely difficult to get a hold of the security department.

Kidnapped my money

Depositing money into the savings (Konto) account worked fine. However, when I tried to withdraw it, I received the message: “An unexpected error occurred.” So now it feels like my money has been kidnapped by Advanzia Bank.

Be careful with Advanzia. There is no communication with the customer.

On September 18, 2024 I received an email/request from you to send documentation regarding the origin of money in my Advanzia account. I sent several bank statements on the same day with an explanation per date as to which part of the money came from which other savings account.

On September 26, 2024, I sent an email to ask whether the documents I sent were sufficient. I never get an answer back. On 15th of October I received an email / reminder to send the documentation with the threat that my account will be blocked within 30 days. Called the helpdesk and told them all this. Additional documentation sent. I don't understand why they (AML) don't want to communicate with the customers? I have received several reference numbers but have not received a response to any of them.

I phoned twice last week with the helpdesk but still no response. I really don't understand that Advanzia bank doesn't want to communicate / send email and answer the customers questions.

You can quickly find yourself in a situation where your account is blocked and you cannot do anything about it because Advanzia does not communicate back.
