I purchased 2 ladybug tank steamers
I purchased 2 ladybug tank steamers. These are expensive machines but after their claim of lifetime boiler warranty I spent under $5,000 for machines. However now they say my machine is not repairable and the boiler was not maintained. Back to when they had a reputable repair person (yes, only one for the entire company) in WA,‘I could get
My repairs done by paying shipping cost, round trip about $200, and I would get a call with repair info. Recently I was told that ladybug or advap, whichever they call themselves could NOT get parts for my machine. Interesting that I shipped my machine for a boiler problem this year and was told that their repair shop in TX said it wasn’t maintained so can’t fix it. The WA repair put a new boiler in it a year ago or did they?!they offered me a one time trade for one machine for a few hundred dollars and now I can’t get my machine back because I haven’t seen an email for shipping cost but they did email about a return address? Interesting business practice going on. I loved my machine but this organization seems to be crumbling and
Going back On their original warranty claiming they can’t get parts. Buyer beware.
