Brilliant experience, sent a website generated enquiry late Tuesday ref a LS bamboo shirt I've purchased previously, and worn out, asking if they still supply, replied Wednesday morning with answer and link, ordered late Wednesday, arrived today at 1300hours....top service, many thanks

What a mistake to order anything from this company.

I ordered a stand for my GS, that was showing on their website to be in stock at the point of order.

Then, despite them taking my money, I got told that the item was actually out of stock.

I was given excuse after excuse about when the item was going to be shipped: it's not been sent to us from the USA, it's not left Europe yet, we're going to the ABR festival so can't ship it, there's an issue with the customs paperwork blah blah blah......

I was the one doing all of the chasing about this, there was a distinct lack of comms from the company to me (the customer) about the delays or excuses.

All in all, incorrectly stating stock levels, taking customers’ money regardless, continual excuses about shipping dates, six-week delay in getting my item, poor customer comms and service.

I won't be buying from here again.

Have recently purchased products from this company and the communication has been excellent, Carl is very good with his knowledge of products and even offers help on fitting if required

Emailed Adventure Bike Shop a couple of times regarding sizing and availability of a Klim base layer. Got a replies to each query within an hour. Ordered the item and it turned up a couple of days later. Great service.

Emailed ABS on Saturday to enquire about a new lock I required for my toolbox pannier. I received a reply within 5 minutes requesting more information. This resulted in them finding the required part within another 10 mins, which had actually been discontinued but one remained on the shelf. I had the part in my hand the following Wednesday. Excellent service and super fast.

I suddenly started receiving spam a few months ago. I asked them why they're spamming me and how I got on their list. Their spam email said that "You've received this email because you've subscribed to our newsletter"
THIS IS A LIE!!
Today, MORE SPAM.

I bought a set of Denali lights off eBay and when I tried to fit them they didn't work. I traced the problem to the wiring loom supplied with the light kit. I contacted the seller who advised he had purchased the kit from Adventure Bike Shop and he provided me with the original receipt.

I contacted them and spoke to Carl. Carl was incredibly knowledgeable about Denali lights and made a number of suggestions as to try and resolve the issue. I tried his suggestions which unfortunately didn't solve the issue and when I called him back he had already been in touch with Denali to seek their advice.

This was yesterday and today he called me back with further advice and information. Denali had been in touch and the upshot was to get the wiring loom sent back to be tested.

The service and help I received from Carl was above and beyond, especially as I was not the original purchaser of the light kit.

Ordered suspension upgrade and was advised 3 weeks contacted dealer after 3 weeks had passed and advised should be on next shipment. Rang them 2 weeks later and was advised that they did not have a delivery timescale when upgrade would be available. So cancelled order and went with another company.

I ordered the wrong size top box. They sent the correct one and collected the original within a few days at no cost to myself. They were friendly and helpful on the phone, even setting the lock on the new box to match my paniers which had never occurred to me.

Ordered some Denali LED light accessories late on Monday night (around 8pm). Order updates sent via email on Tuesday, and then delivered by Wednesday morning!

Couldn’t ask for better!

Fantastic service from Carl and Cliff
Ordered a pair of Klim Badlands pants over the phone.
Got a great a deal on them ,due to size they were discounted on website.
Carl advised Klim are usually are size up on these.
Ordered arrived following day.
A 32” waist became 34” a perfect fit .

Will be back for the jacket soon .

Just wanted to say thank you to Jenny for the excellent customer service I received from her recently.
Really good service going above and beyond what I expected.
I would thoroughly recommend this store for purchasing any products you need from them.

Absolutely disgusted by the way I have just been spoken to by Cliff, to be told "WE'RE NOT FUCK1NG GOD!!!"

I emailed Carl with images of my bike rear rack and asked their advice regarding the Bumot Defender EVO Top Box & Mount for BMW F850GS and whether or not it would fit my bike, after being reassured it would & promised it would be here the next week, I paid the extortionate overpriced fee (I have the same panniers & wanted matching luggage).
3 weeks later the top box arrived only to find the mounting plate does not fit to my standard none modified bike, after several phone calls attempting to rectify the issue, to no avail, I asked for a refund. Carl arranged a collection without 1st finding out that anyone is home (my wife & I both work full time) to then be told the disrespectful Cliff wants to speak to me & give me a piece of his mind, then came the onslaught of verbal diarrhoea & zero customer service skills.

After reading their other negative reviews I wish I could go elsewhere to by the Bumot top box to match but have been told they are the only importers for them.

I would not recommend buying from the disrespectful Cliff, Carl however was respectful and did apologise for his monumental incorrect advice.

Quality products and staff will go out of there way to help you, fantastic shop 👍👍👍

I should have written this review last year, but the service from the Adventure Bike Shop was really excellent. The team were very helpful when processing my online order of some Leatherman multi-tools. Upon receiving the tools the next day, I was delighted to find some extra accessories had been included. Many thanks for the great service.

I decided to get a full set of Bumot luggage for my GSA. I ordered the panniers and top box as well as inner lid bags and pannier bags for them all. From me placing the order to them arriving at my door was under 24 hrs which I thought was spectacular. All the boxes we keyed alike as well. I'd not hesitate in recommending them to anyone

Ordered bumot xtrmada soft pannier system on the phone, was told a delivery date, but It didn't turn up. Just checked and no payment taken? Would have appreciated a call so I didn't wait in for two days... or even an email.

I ordered a motorbike part. I needed to add another item to my order a short time later and they helped me kindly. I got my order the next day.
