My order was not supplied complete

My order was not supplied complete and the balance was on backorder despite being advised during ordering that the parts were in stock. Upon contacting Adventurekings, I was advised that the unsupplied part was being sent immediately. 10 days later I am still waiting. Rang Adventurekings and was told they would ring back. Still no reply. Not happy at all.

Bye bye AGM & Hello Lithium

I love leaving a positve product review where possible so I absolutely must do so, regarding the Kings 12V 200Ah Deep Cycle Lithium LiFePO4 Battery. Absolute game changer. For years I've been constanly struggling with 2 x 105 Amp AGM batteries which have giving me nothing but grief. They would work fine at 100% then suddenly just cut out and shut the whole system down. Battery monitor alarm beeping, fridge not working and misses screeming. Wheather you are staionary camping over a long week-end or on a road trip for a few weeks the AGM always failed me.

I recently purchased the Kings 12V 200Ah Deep Cycle Lithium LiFePO4 Battery and its worked perfectly. Smoothly charges without any issue via solar, DC2DC or Victron 240v charger. It just does the job perfectly. Easily running 2 x fridges without breaking a sweat. I'm kicking myself for not getting one sooner. Time will tell regarding its reliability but going off other reviews and what I've seen so far its a winner.

It all worked out in the end…

Order arrived within a couple of days which was great. Disappointingly the wrong item was sent but the initial response from the help desk was excellent. Unfortunately the promised action of immediate dispatch of correct solar panel while I arranged to return the incorrect one did not happen. 1 week later I contacted the help desk again and it was sorted; the correct panel arrived the day I delivered the incorrect panel to the courier organised by Kings. Overall dealing with Kings was an OK experience. This was not my first purchase from them and definitely won’t be my last. Products received are all as promised and operate as expected.

Return policy.

Your return policy is my problem. It penalizes loyal customers.
NS. I have sent the email copied in below but did not get an acknowledgement that it was received. Please allow me to share my experience and request through this channel.

Dear Kings
I am extremely disappointed that I am penalised for being a loyal customer!
This is what happened:
· I bought a 1500W inverter from you in 2021.
· In October 2024 I got a “failed” message on the Inverter
· On Saturday 12 October, I took it into the Shop located at Perth 4WD Supacentre Canning Vale, to get it tested. A kind shop assistant helped open it up and check all 40 Amp fuses. None were blown and we closed it back again, with the prognosis it has probably failed. No further test was conducted.
· On Saturday 19 October I bought a new 2000W inverter and installed it in my caravan. Again it sends a ”failed” signal.
· I investigated further and found that even though the battery monitor showed 98 % - the battery only tested ~10 volts. I discovered later that the % function on the battery monitor only measures amps in vs amps out.
· On Sunday 20 October I returned the new 2000W inverter to the Canning vale shop, as the unit that I have was in perfect working condition.
· It is worth mentioning that this is a ~100km round trip for me.
· I was then told that I cannot have my money back and can only get a store voucher after a heavy $31,89 was taken as penalty.

May I please request a review of this unacceptable situation and treatment.? As is clear from the above explanation, this was not a "change of mind" event. I did mention this when I returned the product in 100% original condition and packaging - but to no avail.

I am looking forward to a positive response from you providing a full cash refund of this purchase.
