Will never use them again. Bought chainsaw for husband. Tried to buy batteries and they no longer stock them. Bought chainsaw only 30 days before and they won’t refund money, expect me to return at my own expense. Deducting 10% and only giving store credit. We have bought $K’s through them over years. But clearly don’t value customers!

I bought a platform roof rack and was awaiting delivery.
Nothing for over two weeks.
Checked the website and couldn't find the product listed anymore.
Made contact and was informed that it was now discontinued. and over a week later arranging for a refund.
I was not contacted to inform me that the product i had paid for was now no longer in stock and not informed that it was now a discontinued product.

I wonder how long it was going to take for someone to contact me, but 2 weeks of nothing was already too long.

Great service, I picked up on a day that was pouring rain and they helped me to my car!
The tent itself is brilliant. The only downside is that it doesn't pack small! Have to have a seat down to transport in a car so not for a family trip to the beach! I wanted something I could set up by myself at Markets and this was perfect! So simple and quick to set up and as a bonus, you can pack away leaving the canopy on.
Glad I spent the extra on the wheeled bag. The tent is really quite heavy so good to be able to wheel it and the bag is strong with the added security of the clips once zipped up.
Just a caution with kids around, the button that adjusts the leg height is super easy to press and my 3yo 'collapsed' one side of tent by pressing two legs!
Overall great purchase.

It’s very pretty but not that much practical I feel like it’s a thinner fabric than other swags because after I seasoned it I still got some wet blankets and pillows from a light shower
