Terrible. Operations team is incompetent.

Terrible. We ordered a table from Adventures in Furniture. Unfortunately, they delivered the wrong colour (table top and legs). We were assured by the operations team that a correct one was reordered. After a lot of chasing and 3 months, the new table was delivered, again wrong. We asked for a refund. Their operations team is a joke.

Vincent is incompetent. Kept blaming the factory even though he assured us he personally confirmed the second table was the correct one once it had arrived in the warehouse. If I was the owner of this store, I would fire him straight away.

I cannot recommend to buy anything at…

I cannot recommend to buy anything at this shop at all. I got a damaged table delivered more than 5 months ago for which I had paid more than 3000 GBP. Customer service is absolutely not helpful - they seem to not care at all. I neither got a replacement nor a refund so far. Absolutely disappointing!

Rude staff in the Chiswick store…

The sales staff in the Chiswick store are extremely pushy and rude. We knew the product we wanted to order as we had looked on-line but wanted to see it first. The assistant was extremely pushy and once she knew we were likely to order, she wouldn’t leave us alone. I asked her if she could give us 5 minutes and she just came straight back with the card machine and stood at my side until we placed the order. I visited the store once more to check on delivery and find out how to look after the furniture but once they realised I wasn’t visiting to make a purchase, I was completely ignored and they didn’t want to talk to me even though I was the only customer in the store. We’re very happy with the furniture we ordered and delivery/assembly was good. Just the sales people let the whole experience down sadly

Not worth the money

The company is fairly customer focused, but the product - at least the near £4000 sofa I bought - is poor. You only discover how good a sofa is when you live with it for a while. I discovered that the seat pads are poorly constructed, leaving deep depressions that never bounce back. And of course, only the frame is covered by warranty.
