Advertise Purple has made our Affiliate Program a great success with their expertise and indispensable skills in the selection and onboarding of affiliates. The insights and analytics shared by the team on the affiliate program performance are invaluable in helping us better our results from the program campaign after campaign.

I have been working with Advertise Purple for over 2 years. With a small marketing team (3 people) internally, they've been an excellent additional resource to leverage at a reasonable cost to expand our efforts into the affiliate space. They helped us select a platform (and have helped us pivot to another platform) and have managed a lot of the process, and honestly, paying someone to manage all that is required (recruiting, set-up, management of the affiliates, discount website and marketplace management and optimization, bubbling up promotions and opportunities, etc) to a person in-house would be a very, very upside-down proposition for the brand versus working with Purple.

My account person in particular - Kailee - has been awesome, and overall, my experience very good. The ROI is definitely there and it continues to be a great partnership for us.

One thing to note, when it comes to "affiliates" in 2024, and this has little to do with with Advertise Purple, just know that the majority of them are generally discount and deal websites as well as marketplaces like Rakuten and Capitol One. Having someone manage and strategically find ways to optimize across each of these is valuable; it's just that, with some exceptions, it's not the traditional digital publishers, influencers, and the like. BUT, most of that has to do with the space itself.

Onboarding Process: Our engagement began on a rocky note with a delayed start that extended nearly three weeks beyond the agreed-upon timeline. While Advertise Purple extended a gesture of goodwill in the form of a 50% discount on the first invoice due to this delay, the setback in timing was a significant hindrance to our marketing plans.

Affiliate Partnerships: The core of our dissatisfaction lies in the discrepancy between the discussed affiliate partners during our discovery calls and the affiliates we were eventually paired with. The higher-tier affiliates, which were a pivotal factor in our decision to engage with Advertise Purple, were not secured as promised. This deviation from our initial agreement fundamentally impacted our campaign's potential efficacy and reach.

Customer Service: In response to our challenges, we took the step of expressing our concerns through a public review. The immediate reaction from Advertise Purple was to contact us with a request to remove the review, citing concerns over their image. While we complied, hoping for a constructive resolution, the follow-up actions did not align with our expectations for a solution that would rectify our initial grievances.

After a period of attempting to work through these challenges, no satisfactory resolution was presented, leading us to discontinue our partnership with Advertise Purple. It's disheartening to report that our experience did not meet the outcomes we anticipated.

We have had an excellent experience with Advertise Purple since kicking off our partnership, both with the team and with the results we've seen from our affiliate program. The team is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive about bringing us new opportunities that align with our business goals. On the performance side, we saw a 25%+ increase in reservations YoY through our affiliate program after onboarding AP, at an incremental user acquisition cost well below our guardrails.

It's a big decision to go with a professional sales force management group like this, and we were scared, but looking back on our relationship after more than a year, not sure we could have survived without them. They are the fuel to the engine of our sales. Professional, reliable and easy to work with. People who care, as if they were your own people.

This agency did not perform for our company at all. As in, truly zero results after thousands of dollars and months trying to see success. It was really upsetting and disappointing. Even toward the end of the partnership, they left our CJ account totally unmonitored and didn't go through applications of new affiliates to the program. They promised us 10x the volume they delivered; in fact, no increase was achieved at all (not even 1%). My previous review was removed, so I wanted to state the facts simply in this review so others know the risks of working with an agency like this. Take sales calls with a grain of salt. And ask them very hard questions about what industries they have experience with. We were promised experience in our verticle, but my fear is they took an off-the-shelf approach from ecomm and applied it to a totally different space (credit cards). Overall, I could not have been more frustrated working with them.

As far as offboarding, they provided nothing. Kicked us to the curb as soon as they realized they couldn't squeeze any more revenue out of us. They did not recap the performance, even after we requested it.

There are so many other players in the space who have done an amazing job for us, so I recommend looking elsewhere!

Amazing service and dramatic results.
It is not often when an agency exceeds their projected sales pitch results but that is just what AP did. Our Affiliate results were plodding along at $10K/mo, we have now had 2 years straight of results that are 50x that number all while reducing our commission structure!
