An utter disgrace

An utter disgrace. As others rightly point out, this is not a serious platform for investors. It is weighted towards trolls. Complaints are ignored. They will not even acknowledge or log them. Everyone in the organisation displays a ‘do not care’ attitude: it’s endemic. Reported them to the FCA over various breaches of regulations. CEO doesn’t care. Recorded delivery letters are ignored. It sounds cliched but it truly is the worst organisation that I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. No serious company can survive whilst operating in this fashion. It’s inevitable demise is just a matter of time.
Would give minus 1000 stars if I could…

Updating subscription and card details

Today I needed to contact ADVFN support to query my upcoming subscription renewal and change of card details. Niccolo not only answered my question quickly but exactly as I would have liked. We exchanged a few emails and everything was sorted with minimal effort on my part. Thanks for your help Niccolo - great job

ADVFN - support done correctly

My experience of the support function at ADVFN has always been positive and in particular the assistance given by Niccolo Moretto. Firstly, he is both courteous and responsive and takes care to understand the request made. He is then organised and effective in fulfilling the need and he follows up.

I have been in the Security Industry…

I have been in the Security Industry for over 50 years so have had extensive experience dealing with the problems of electronic/now internet connectivity.

My experiences with ADVFN have been exceptional, their customer support given by Nicolo Moretto is of the HIGHEST QUALITY! Nicolo is ALWAYS courteous, helpful & his knowledge has always resolved my problems. He is also exceptionally polite & his promises have been kept.

Easy, trouble free service for a great forum

Having just gone through the experice of dealing with Virgin Media customer service, it was a pleasure to be able to send a simple message with a request and have that request carried out quickly and efficiently by Niccolo.

advfn is a great site for discussion of investing topics and companies, recomended... obviously being an open forum, you have to a little careful who you listen too ;-)

Would give zero stars if possible.

It appears the sole support contact, via Zendesk is Niccolo Moretto . My experience of ADVFN support is as described by others.

Responses are ignorant, insolent and wilfully unhelpful. Latest caper is they cant even conduct the simple task of sending me RNS alerts and when challenged they claim one email was sent (ignoring all other failures). Just simply awful.

The support team are either simply out of their depth in their roles or are allowed to display such toxic behaviour by their disinterested management

Would never ever pay for anything these '100% transmit, customer behaves at our convenience, low quality predators' produce.

Sole purpose of use is the chat boards

I see zendesk is involved in the process as well and you cant complain 'around' them so complaints about them are never going to get anywhere.

This behaviour is evident at future publishing and Moneyweek as well.

TOP LEVEL SERVICE.

My response from Niccolo was fast and eficient in replying to my e-mail. I have had very reliable service from ADVFN over many years. I am leaving the service temporarily and hope to be back later in the Autumn.

Loyalty means nothing to ADVFN

I've been a customer of ADVFN for several years. I missed cancelling the annual renewal by a couple of days (I'm not actively trading atm). You can only cancel subscriptions by phone and they don't answer the phone. I emailed Niccolo to explain that it was an oversight on my part and was happy to forgo a proportion of the annual subscription fee to compensate for my error. His response was nothing short of ignorant. Stated they wouldn't give me a refund and wished me a good day. He said it was 'non-negotiable' despite me being a good customer for several years. I find this attitude abhorrent and the ugly side of capitalism. They've got my money and as they see it I'm leaving so sod him.
Use them at your own risk !!

Niccolo was great

I need to upgrade my service level on advfn and had a chat with Niccolo Moretto who was most helpful. I had several issues with a change of address and also my payment method but it was all sorted out by Niccolo who was very patient with me and helped get everything sorted out. Many thanks.
