My order never arrived despite numerous often contradictory explanations in response to my emails. Fortunately I had paid by PayPal who, whilst not quick, did refund all my money. Perversely the email reassurances still continue which is just another indication of how dreadful this concern is. Avoid like the plague!!

Absolutely awful company. Realised as soon as I had ordered that the items were coming from China and would likely be counterfeit, despite not being terribly cheap! I requested to cancel my order within 2 hours. Request was ignored and items were shipped. Received around three weeks later, and I returned immediately, unopened to the address listed on their website. I was then provided a completely different return address via email, that was in a totally different province in China! I confirmed I had already returned to the address publically listed on their website and they said that was correct? I was advised in writing that a refund was processed on providing the return tracking information and would be in my bank within 10 days. The refund has never appeared. Dispute underway with my bank and the fraud prevention team.

Do not order from here. If something looks to good to be true, it often is. Terrible scam company, they provide false information over email, very slow to reply and will do everything they can not to refund you.

Order was late. Fake Ralph Lauren Jumper. Poor fitting.

Tried to return and then was asked to return to China and would have to pay for the return costs AND any taxes!

The logo in the picture looked much better than in real life.

Such terrible fake jumpers that took a month to arrive and came from China. The Ralph Lauren logos are so fake. It will cost me £45 to return them, plus the cost of tax/duties. Do not buy from this company.

Fake items - extremely poor quality.
Extremely complicated returns policy.

If I could give no stars I would, over a month to deliver as you don’t know till you order that it comes from China, and the Ralph Lauren Jumper I ordered is fake and not even a good fake. Don’t waste your money.

AVOID FAKE PRODUCTS
Ordered two “Nike” quarter zip sweaters. Took a month to arrive. They are fake. No Nike labels or tags. Requested a refund and they told me to ship them back to Hong Kong at my expense! Conditions of returns are the items have to have tags on. The goods had no tags on!! After several emails they offered me 50% refund and I can keep the items! Why should I keep fake poor quality goods that are only fit to use as dusters! Dispute now underway with my credit card company. AVOID

Received two Ralph items which appear on the site to be Ralph but in reality they’re a knock off version. Will be returning.
