I worked with Bülent Bahçetepe for my Netherlands ECAA application. At the beginning, we agreed that the application would be prepared within 3 months, followed by a 3-month waiting period for a response from IND.

After receiving the initial payment, however, he became completely unresponsive. It took him over a year just to put together the business plan and submit the application. Throughout this time, he repeatedly canceled meetings at the last minute and ignored my calls and emails.

Eventually, my application was rejected — not because of his actions directly. However, he completely missed the legal deadline to file an objection with IND. He did not admit that he had missed the deadline — on the contrary, he deliberately hid it from me. Instead, he claimed that taking legal action against IND was now our only option. I only discovered the truth later, by reading the court documents.

This situation caused me over a year of delay, thousands of dollars in losses, and an enormous amount of stress.

I have every piece of communication and official document to support what I’m saying here. In more than 15 years of professional life, I’ve never had such a poor and damaging working experience. I would strongly advise others to stay away.

Been working with Advise legal for the past 4.5 years, our entire ECAA journey started with Advise legal, we just got our 2nd extension with them, we’ll also be applying to ILR with them this December and after that we’ll finally be applying for full citizenship, all with the help of Mr. Bulent and Advise legal team.

Our initial application was rejected for a completely nonsensical reason. Applying on your own may seem easy enough but the criteria for an extension entirely depends on the whims of the individual checking your file & which way the government wind is blowing that day. When things go wrong Mr. Bulent is extremely helpful, all you need to do is provide documents and Adviselegal takes care of all of it for you fast.
