I would not give this company any stars. I ordered a pack of eggs and small dragons as an Easter present for the grandchildren. I ordered with months to spare and when they did not arrive I contacted the company several times with no response. Finally I received a string of emails, supposedly to help me track the package but each contradicted the previous one. One email showed the package in Canberra, the next one in China and so forth. Finally, a few days before Easter, the package arrived with just one egg and dragon, not the six I paid for. Of course I contacted the company again but, to this day, I have not been able to get satisfaction or compensation.

I order some fake fast phone charging cable. It literally doesn't charge at all. It's some fake fancy BS..and annoying bright blue light to supposedly show that it's charging. Straight money grab. I really wish the government would go after companies like this. They take advantage of the consumers on the social media sites and are never held accountable for selling a bunch of crap. I hardly ever write reviews, but when I do they are 100% accurate. If you read my review and decide to still purchase something from this company, it's on you!

I purchased Retractable ratchets which are still sitting in the northern territory and were not sent to me in Queensland. They have not issued a refund not sent me the ratchets as I paid for. Terrible customer service. I would never recommend

I waited like 3 weeks for this thing but it finally showed up. Kinda flimsy but does its job, neat idea tho, comfy enough when traveling.

I ordered and paid for 12 dinosaur eggs. I received 2 and I believe this is a scam business. They are very shady and refuse to send me my order. They offered me 2.00 to go away. Then it went to 4.00. I bought the eggs for my great grandchildren, for Easter. Shame on you for stealing from me.

Arrived promptly and works reliably with convenient features, met my expectations comfortably.

Packaging was minimal yet secure; held up fine during transit. Design is practical but nothing fancy. Material feels decent enough—does its job without issues. Price made it a real bargain though shipping took three weeks, so patience might help. Overall fair quality.

This company is scam. You can find better in the trash. They will not give you money back for the broken destroyed and not as described product. After 3 months delivery you might receive a bag of trash from them. It’s like buying a perfume and getting an empty disgusting bottle.

I ordered T26 Pro Wireless Bluetooth Translation EarbudsBlack_T26, and received those with the same name, but in parenthesis, it said (No Translation Feature). So why are they called Translation Earbuds if they don't have the Translation feature? The company would not refund my money, nor would they give me their return address so I could send them back. Their website says they have a Return Policy, but they refuse to give me their address to return the product to.

I ordered some earbuds back in November. I have kept up with the tracking constantly and have contacted customer service many times I could not get nothing no updates on the tracking or anything and out of the blue yesterday they said they were delivered January 7 that’s **** they were not delivered and I have not received them and I want a refund or I want them to send me another one. I will never order anything else from this place it’s a rip off.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a product November 30th, it is now January 6th and still no product from this company. I received emails the item was being shipped but it this is ridiculous. I just sent an email asking for a refund.

Ordered an ECG ruler from them . It took more than a month to be delivered ONLY TO DISCOVER that the RULER WAS OLD SCRATCHED AND USED! DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Ordered a very small parcel. It has been a full month and i still haven't received the shipment! Since then i made many other orders from China, the US and the UK and all of them arrived within 10 working days and I'm still waiting for this shipment....

I ordered an advent calendar in mid November. I checked the whereabouts of the company and found Wales to be close enough to receive this present in time.
Next thing I heard, shipment ist ready fort the shipper in ANCHORAGE, ALASKA. That was quiet a shock. Nevertheless, shipment arrived at German customs in November 29th and was forwarded in Dezember 2nd. It could have been with me in an acceptable time, but since Dezember 11th, there ist no update in the shipment. Looking it up, on a link I got from customer support, shipment ist tracked Back from Shenzhen, China and most of the agenda is written in Chinese.
I really cannot recommend any purchase from this company. After Christmas I'm going fort a refund.

The glasses they advertised and i ordered was not what I got at all. 100% same as the cheapies on Temu. Then they offered me $1 as compensation. 😂 I would suggest you first compare to Temu and stay away from them.

The product was inferior, arrived damaged due to insufficient packaging and they refused to issue a full refund. The worst customer service, after advertising they will refund.

I ordered two dresses. I waited nearly 3 weeks for them to be delivered. The quality and fit of both dressers when they arrived was appalling. Since then I have tried to get the company to agree to give me a refund, which was 100% guaranteed when I ordered them but now they keep asking me to send photographs of the dresses. I have done that but there's still no sign of getting a refund agreed. Don't order from this company. Very poor quality and fit, nothing like the photos.
