An excellent service all round. Only had contact with 2 of the Wliiams team and both were courteous, precise and accordingly gave confidence that the service would be good, which it was. Agreed vehicle collection date and return was met and the damage repair was faultless. Courtesey vehicle provided was very good. 'All in All' no adverse comments - a very good service.

Great service and fast work
Great service and fast work. Couldn't fault them after we totalled our bumper on our mini and had to replace it along with the rear lights.
Work got done in 2 days and was offered a courtesy car too.
When the job was done they gave it an outstanding valet !!
You can't ask for more than that!

Aways kept up to date on the repair
Aways kept up to date on the repair. Staff very polite and helpful and courtesy car had half a tank of petrol. Drop off and pick up of my vehicle meant less stress when repair was completed.

Poor quality of works
The alloy wheel still has scratches and paint marks left on the rim from the 3rd party. The body work is blotchy.
