Not 5 stars because:
A) Direct Line told me the repair would be guaranteed for 5 years - ADW gave me a 1 yr guarantee.
B) When I collected my car, the rear valance repair wasn't completed & the ADW staff member had to quickly rub down/polish the light damage.

This was an insurance claim repair and the job done by AD Williams was outstanding. I cannot tell the car was even damaged. The car was collected and delivered when specified and I was kept informed of the progress.

Car was involved in accident with…
Car was involved in accident with another driver who hit my passenger front and rear door. AD Williams were great they made contact the day we reported it and car was picked up 2 days later. They kept us updated regularly and discussed what were our best option. I had found the experience quite stressful when i first was hit but they made me feel at ease.
