AVOID!

Once they have your money they don’t care. Support is hard to come by and even when you do eventually speak to somebody, they do nothing. The colleagues in customer service don’t understand you or communicate clearly some are at best plain rude. I wish I hadn’t used these guys. I won’t use an online travel agent my again.

RUN AWAY, DO NOT APPROACH THIS COMPANY SERVICE

To anyone thinking to use this company service, RUN AWAY !!! this is my BAD-UNPROFESSIONAL experience:

1-/ I chose an apartment through my company which they said was available for the date chosen and for which they took deposit payments for from my company.

2-/ The week before I was supposed to enter they called me telling me that "Suddenly it was not available. There for they offered me in the meantime another apartment until it finally was vacant for me.

3-/ The first apartment was 90 SQm and the one I was relocated to was less than 50 SQm, next to the garbage disposal, stinking of rubbish, full of mosquitoes, and by far the same quality of that one I chose initially, still I didn't complaint and stayed even though we were being charged for more than its value.

4-/ Finally I was moved to the initial apartment, (The one of my initial choice) and to my surprise,,,, Air conditioning wasn't working, pool was under repairs, half the lights were not working, toilet lids were broken and unhinged, etc....

5-/ I claimed and re-claimed to the Manager of this site in Business bay, (her name is Rinku) she treated me as If I was wrong to claim and not in right to do so, still I insisted and managed to get at least an offer for other apartments or lower price on the one I was in, together with the promise that all repairs would be done until day 15 of July 2024.

6-/ Thinking that this would be the end of a bad story,,, Construction work began on the pool, drilling noise early in the morning, dust and rubbish from the construction all over my balcony, and up to date today 24/07/2024 still the pool is not repaired.
i have claimed again as they intend to charge to me full rent price for an apartment that I chose fully functional with all services offered and sold on their site which I have not been entitled to up to date.

7-/ The answer by the Manager (RInku) today was, I am going to send you other options (3rd time I will have to move out of their incompetence) and if you don't like any of the options I give you, we break contract and you move on your own.

8-/ I do not trust them at this point because of the obvious, the other time they brought to me other offers, these were very far away from the size, quality and of my needs, not to say they were again cheaper than that I was going to pay for.

9-/ I got a discount in the first 2 months of a total of 3500 AED for a total apartment price of 10.000 AED monthly.

10-/ Considering that during these months I have been changed 2 from apartment on their terms for their incompetence, never had comfort in any of their locations, neither because of the situation in itself and because of the bad quality service, this discount is a joke....( Lets not forget that up to date today I still don't have my apartment in full function as I should have from day 1.

11-/ I am facing difficulties from them now to understand exactly what will be the solution, the only thing I have clear from them is, they will terminate my stay on day 29 of July (in 5 days) I don't have any other offer yet from them, and as Rinku said, if you don't like what I offer you now.... you leave and find your own way.

Thank you Rinku,,, you are the most unprofessional I have encountered around the world, and I have lived in 3 continents (7 countries).

DO NOT COME CLOSE TO THIS SITE AND SERVICE, ATLEAST IN THE UAE (DUBAI-BUSINESS BAY)

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

they just steal from you in every way. you you can find cheaper flight on other platform as well. i took it because it seemed good at the time and took an insurance for cancelation,at the end you look 90% of your ticket and the 10% they give you back you can't even use it because you won't find a single flight below 500 euro that's insane

Worse First Experience

They are just a mediator between Airline and Consumer without any knowledge or control on the bookings and its modifications. I booked a return flight through them on Brunei Airlines. They cancelled the return flight due to storm in Dubai with no option of rescheduling. They refunded the amount after deductions and not ready to share what they have deducted. Moreover, I had to buy tickets on another Airline at double the price. They might give you a better price but their support and customer service is pathetic if any issue happens. Their agents are very rude and unknowledgeable.

VERY SLOW RESPONSE on the REFUND REQUEST

I booked a ticket and paid for it willingly on the exact date of 7th of August 2023 and after sometime, I received an email (06 December 2023) saying that my flight has been canceled by the Airline and they have given me no other option but to request a refund so I did it even it is against my will because it put me on so much trouble and inconvenience. What makes me so mad and furious, is that, they took only a few seconds to cancel my flight ticket by their own reason, and now I'm taking like more than 2 months and almost 3 months and until this very date when I talk to their customer service they always say, that they are doing their best to follow up the refund and all I have to do is to wait.

Never ever book with this agent

Never ever book with this agent. If you would like to simply lose your money with no hope to get it back then ignore my advice to you. Agents are simply giving contradicting statements and your issue or refund won't be happening. All what you will get is just some vague promises that your issue will get resolved soon.
I wish I have gone through the reviews prior to getting cheated or let's say blinded by the cheaper ticket price.

I'm very satisfied with Mr. Nawaz

I'm very satisfied with Mr. Nawaz's polite and helpful actions over the phone. He deserves a five-star. However, I am not very happy with their chat representative service. This is not the first time it happened with a rebooking issue. My brother also rebooked through chat, requesting to change 3 family members' return tickets, unfortunately, he didn't notice that the departure was changed before paying. That's the reason why I'm changing my Aunt's flight as they are flying together. The same thing happened, the departure time changed after paying.
I suggest you highlight this issue with your chat representative to avoid a bad customer service experience.

A very bad customer service and honestly the worst I've ever seen specially the arabic speaker, long time waiting to reach the agents and at the end they are shouting very rude don't provide the information and always in rush to end the call.

for email assistance no one reply..

The only call which was good was with Karan who at least had explained in professional way.

but generally the last time I will book with this agency very slow to refund and very bad customer service

I book thru this website as it is…

I book thru this website as it is cheaper. Full ticket was not been used at all and up until now i have not received my refund. Rebooking is not an option, only cancellation. I was told that i will get my rebooking done and guaranteed confirmed when i pay additional 120aed which rebooking did not happen. I had a connecting flight in malaysia when the next ticket is no of use due to lockdown in the airport where the travel agent did not bothered to check.

I am still having my faith to get my refund which i have booked and cancelled in january and its been 3 months now.
Otherwise, i wont recommend this site to my friends at all.

I am very unsatisfied

I am very un happy you book me in international flights with diffirent terminals. My transit to Kathmundu to Malaysia did not allowed me to board since i am landing in terminal 1 and transiting to terminal 2. I WANT MY FULL REFUND FOR MY TICKET TO HIMALAYA AND AIR ASIA SINCE THIS IS YOUR MISTAKE NOT KNOWING TRANSIT ON INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS IS NOT ALLOWED IF THEY ARE ARRIVING AND DEPARTING IN DIFFIRENT TERMINAL. And no one is answering my call and it takes 3 days to response. I ALREADY INQUIRED ABOUT MY TRIP TO NEPAL BEFORE TRAVEL AND THEIR REPLY IS NOTHING TO WHAT I WAS ASKING. Two of the trips that i book was used but apparently due to covid we had problems in dubai before we are able to board the flight. I used a connecting flight

I used a connecting flight. My flight going Philippines from Malaysia was cancelled. This site was did not inform us. On check - in time Himalaya airline was not allowing us yo fly if we didn't have a new booking of ticket. This site was not able to find other solution for us that time. We spent a lot of money for our flight just to go home. Most of the passenger are going home for emergency reason not for pleasure. Don't trust this site.

Pay more and buy ur ticket somewhere else as the hassle with them doesn't worth the price difference they will make u lose ur mind
