Poor quality. What a waste of money.

AECOJOY-US sold me a 12 x 24 pergola that turned out to be defective and unsafe. The panels arrived in completely different shades of yellow, which already makes it look terrible, but the bigger issue is the structure itself. Several of the metal tubes that support the pergola came bent, making the entire frame unstable and unsafe to assemble.

When I contacted AECOJOY-US about the problem, instead of properly fixing the issue, they offered a small amount of money that does not even come close to covering the cost of replacing the damaged parts. It is extremely frustrating to deal with a company that clearly knows their product arrived defective and still refuses to take full responsibility.

All I asked for was for them to send the panels in the dark gray color that I originally ordered. I did not even ask them to replace the entire pergola, even though the structure itself is compromised and unsafe. The lack of accountability and the poor customer service are unacceptable.

If you are considering buying a pergola from AECOJOY-US, be very careful. What I received was poorly manufactured, defective, and potentially dangerous. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I almost made the mistake of buying a storage shed from this company. But something didn't seem right about how many discounts they were offering a 20% discount for the autumn sale, and a $200 off welcome gift for first time users, plus another 10% discount. It sounded too good, so I decided to do a reviews check.

I'm sorry to hear about how Ken and Aslin were scammed by this company. But I'm grateful for them sharing their experiences to help me and others avoid being taken advantage of.

Aecojoy is a completely fraudulent and criminal company. They are not actually in the business of selling patio covers and gazebos, they are in the business of defrauding unsuspecting people (unfortunately me) by offering refunds for crappy products and then getting you to send more money through Zelle or Venmo in order to get the refund. I should have know something was wrong when the immediately offered a refund and did not want the items returned.

They said they couldn’t refund my credit card because they “don’t keep customers' card info on file.” Then he tried to direct me to use Zelle for the refund. He even told me to use the "Pay" option instead of "Request" because “we’re a business,” and gave some BS excuse to justify it. Classic scammer behavior. They are very smooth and not that familiar with Zelle, I fell into the trap.
They ripped me off for $3800. And, they kept trying to get me to Zelle them more money. They should be in jail.

My experience with this company is very disappointing because I bought a awning and cover and paid $255 and the item not useful for my cedar shingles sidings because item is very heavy and it’s not going to hold on the shingles and I asked for return or exchange in the return period and customer service said that I can’t return either resale or give as a present. And I emailed them couple of times explained my problem they don’t care about it and lost my money. It’s so difficult to do business with this company. The customer service is very unprofessional and not helpful.
