Very easy to deal with and gave us options of what we can do, from the first contact to completion we were in regular contact and it all went very well - excellent service.

I've just completed my re-mortgage with Richard and I've got to say nothing was to much trouble, I didn't make it easy for him due to being recently self employed and having a loan on my property, however he bent over backwards and made sure I got what I needed so thank you very much you did a awesome job.

Absolutely fantastic, made getting a mortgage stress free and very easy to deal with.

I recommend equity finance 100%. Richard was very professional and knowledgeable and goes over and above to find the best deals for you. If looking for mortgage or re mortgage I would recommend assured equity finance all the way.

Richard was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The whole process from start to finish was made simple and hassle free.

My mortgage had come to the end of its fixed rate and also along with a change of personal circumstance I needed to look for a new mortgage product with a better rate.

Approached EFL regarding a new mortgage for a house move to get some independent view.

Richard reviewed and understood current Mortgage and discussed options we had not even considered.

We approached our current Mortgage provider of 19 years and for a simple porting of the mortgage made it very complicated to port and did not offer the same deals we could achieve moving to another provider .

Richard advised on a shortlist of three options and applied for our preferred mortgage profile, we had decision in principle Next day and and the mortgage offer approved and confirmed within 14 days.

Would recommend EFL and won’t make the mistake of just considering a remortgage with my current provider moving forward .

I had complex requirements for a mortgage and I wasn't sure where to start. Having tried to do some research myself, causing myself more stress than was needed, I soon realised I needed someone that does this as a profession!
From our first phone appointment, Richard took that stress and worry from me and I knew I'd made the right decision.
Getting a mortgage isn't something you do everyday, so it was great to have someone explain everything in straightforward terms.

He is really lovely to deal with, he made the whole process easy.
What I particularly liked was his no judgement, honest manner and he was always available - a lovely thing these days: to be able to pick up the phone and deal with the same person everytime.
