Had to wait a while for delivery with no clear delivery date until it was due to be delivered. Very competitive pricing though so we were happy to wait. Very happy with products so far.
No longer will i order direct from AEG
After receiving several messages that my freezer was ready to be delivered and my time slot booked. 30 mins after the time slot had passed i received a text message saying my item was not at the depot. No explanation, was it lost, given to another customer??
A full day after contacting both AEG - useless and with broken assurances, and attempting to contact ArrowXL - even more useless, i was told i would have to wait a further 10 days before a freezer could be delivered. SORRY, no i cancelled order and now await my refund.
Poor quality product and terrible service
I purchased an AEG (Electrolux) kettle 8 months ago and it has already developed a fault. Given that it’s advertised with a 2-year guarantee, I expected this to be straightforward to resolve. However, despite registering the product and contacting the manufacturer, they have refused to offer any help or honour the guarantee. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially for a product that hasn’t even lasted a year.
The kettle itself was fine while it worked, but reliability clearly isn’t there and the lack of support makes it worse. A guarantee is meaningless if the company won’t stand by it. I would not recommend this product or manufacturer based on this experience.
Still haven’t received our dryer
Still haven’t received our dryer. Were meant to call us within two days to arrange delivery, didn’t hear until 5 days. Next slot was 10 days away (today). Having been given a delivery slot, we receive a message today telling us the item isn’t in the warehouse.

I ordered a gas hobb and oven to be installed and upon arrival of both the items and engineers both products were found to be damaged and engineers where unable to install the items and requested we contact AEG customer service for guidance and support on the matter. We have been waiting for hours for someone to help and have been on hold with their customer service line since this morning with no help what so ever!!!!!! Installers have been great and even waited longer and tried themselves to contact the customer service agents!!! not only have the removed our old items but now we are left in a worse off situation!!!!!!!
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs! My hob got an error code 2 years after I bought it. It's been 2 months and AEG couldn't fix it, so I'm left to wait and see what they're going to do about it. For 2 months we don't have a working hob and christmas is approaching quickly.... Never again!
AEG is a SCAM
Absolutely disgraceful service from AEG.
We ordered a dryer on 22nd November and were told we’d receive a delivery confirmation. Over a week later, we were emailed saying delivery would be on 11th December between 7–9am.
My partner took the day off work. We stayed home all day.
The delivery never arrived. No call. No message. No explanation.
After endless phone calls, AEG told us they could only “chase it internally.” No manager available. No proper complaints process. We spent over two hours on the phone just to get through to someone who couldn’t help.
Now, on 15th December, we’re told we can potentially be rebooked for 31st December over a month after ordering.
It gets worse.
Their delivery partner ArrowXL emailed us claiming “nobody was home”. This is a blatant lie. We have internal and external CCTV proving someone was home all day. Their phone number is inactive, and the “new” number doesn’t work either.
AEG:
Failed to deliver
Wasted a day of annual leave
Provided no accountability
Allowed their delivery partner to make false claims
Offered no real resolution
For a supposedly premium brand, this service is shocking. If you’re considering buying from AEG think twice.

I had a new appliance delivered.
AEG chose Arrow XL as the delivery partner.
Quite a few significant issues with the delivery. Arrow XL told me to contact AEG to sort out any refunds/issues.
AEG were reasonably tricky to get hold of (usual bots and call centre menus). I went to live chat. The issue was part resolved and a part -refund was issued. However, I am, inexplicably, out of pocket by c. £100. The chat was terminated before I had chance to ask why.
So, before having even tried the appliance, I am not impressed by AEG. Already regret the purchase.
Just what we wanted
Easily ordered an AEG oven. We added installation. Oven was just what we wanted liked the quality and ease of use.. delivering was easy and installation was tidy and smooth. Very impressed with professionalism throughout.

Had a new kitchen installed and with that purchased a AEG intergrated washing machine and dishwasher. The washing machine packed up on Tuesday and I've been told it can't be repaired and 3 days later my dishwasher has now stopped working. Both are only 3 years old so customer services aren't interested. STAY AWAY FROM AEG LIKE THE PLAGUE....MACHINES SHOULD LAST LONGER THAN 3 YEARS!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a washing machine with no information available during ordering to advise the delivery would be delayed. Impossible to contact the delivery firm by any men’s so left waiting 2 weeks before being told on day the delivery was cancelled and forced to wait an additional week (again impossible to contact) for delivery. When machine arrived it was faulty, the installer did not check working prior to leaving. Cancelled asked for refund and ordered from another supplier (marks electrical) who delivered and installed a working machine within 48hours. Im left with a broken machine clogging up my room and no idea when it will be collected.
AVOID BUYING DIRECT FROM AEG (ARROW XL)
You've asked me to submiy a review but, as I still haven't received my order, I can only comment on AEG as a company.
AEG advised that delivery would take 7-10 working days. Fair enough.
It took 6 days for Arrow XL, their courier, to offer a delivery date, the earliest a disapointing 17th December.
On Friday 12th December I received a message that Arrow XL would deliver the appliance the next day.
I don't appear to have any say on this !!
This was then cancelled and it would now be delivered on Sunday 14th (today).
I called AEG Customer Services for assistance, and an explanation, but they just blamed it on Black Friday and Xmas (as if they don't happen every year). They did confirm that delivery would be Sunday 14th.
I did state that I fully expect this to be cancelled again and............it was.
Yet another BS message with dubious excuses.
Even worse !! I now have to start the booking preocess, that I initally did on 4th December, all over again.
I believe the earliest delivery is now 24th December, which will obviously get cancelled again.
I have informed AEG that I will now longer be respoding to Arrow XL's BS messages and that it is their responsibilty to ensure their products are delivered in an acceptable timeframe.
Please avoid any company the uses the bunch of clowns at Arrow XL for delivery, and shame on AEG for their unproffesional level of service.
If you really want an AEG product, order from a 3rd Party that uses a reliable courier !

Dishwasher & Wash.Machine damage from ArrowXL

I was informed by phone from ArrowXL on delivery date (09 Dec 2025) that the dishwasher and washing machine could not be delivered as they were both damaged during transportation!!! And that ArrowXL will need to return them and will get them replaced for new delivery. And this would take a couple of days. Today is 4 days after original delivery date and I did not receive more information.
Where is my order now? What does "Order cancelled - system change" mean in ArrowXL tracking statement?
Please inform me about the new delivery date urgently.

4x review nag emails, slow delivery (no ETA when ordering)
Since AEG has sent me FOUR (!) emails nagging me to write a review, I'm obliging. A reasonable experience, but delivery during admittedly busy November period was slow (a week), and no ETA was given at time of ordering. They did eventually provide a meaningful delivery window of several hours a week after I placed the order, for which e.g. John Lewis charges extra.

Freezer drawer that has hardly been used has practically snapped in half in a just a few months. I’ve contacted asking for a replacement - I’ve been given the most awful customer service by Suraj - an actual quote from what he said to me - “If you are not happy with this there's not much I can do”
Disgusted - I have spent thousands on their products and they can’t even help with a broken freezer drawer. Furious.

AEG seem disjointed. We can’t get our washing machine to connect to our WiFi. When asked for assistance we get passed around and each time we call to chase they ‘open a new ticket’ and nothing happens. No follow up. Machine is under warranty!
