Aegeliss is a scam company

Aegeliss is a scam company, simply the worst place to work. They make you work long hours and then don’t pay you. The owner, Ju Tu, treats you badly, says your work is not of quality, and does horrible things to make you feel bad. They never give clear information from the start; instructions are always changing, and if it takes you longer because of so many rounds of revisions and changes that she herself requests, she says it’s your fault, reduces your work hours, and believes AI does everything, therefore undervaluing your time. She only hires people to complete projects for her; you will never have a permanent job with her. After you send her the files, she removes your access to the shared Drive folder and forces you to sign a confidentiality agreement, where you agree not to share any of the work you did with her in your portfolio in any way; otherwise, she can hold you legally responsible and sue you. But in reality, all of this is just an excuse not to pay you. She treats the companies she works with and her clients badly. They are simply bipolar people, scammers, make promises they will never keep, change the narrative of events so you cannot sue them, are crazy, make you work on weekends. The products they offer to clients are not of quality, while you invest your time, they keep your money as if you were a slave, and they do not value their workers. If you work 20 hours with her (Ju Tu), she only approves 5, and in the end, never pays.
