Got the job done quickly, professionally and affordably. Would use again.

I had actually forgotten that these guys had done some work for me. That's how simple it had been. It was easy to organise, the guys turned up exactly when they said they were supposed to, did what they said they would do and cleaned up after themselves. Can't ask for more than that really.

The work was carried out with excellent service by friendly staff and all cleaned up with satisfaction

Two lovely chaps replaced a double glazed unit, working in harmony to install it efficiently and with due care for recently painted walls and woodwork. Their positive energy and knowledge imparted to an aspiring self builder was an additional bonus! Thank you

From start to finish my A&E experience was fantastic. Callum in the office was really good to work with and navigated me through from start to finish! On top of my job being anything but straight forward I couldn’t believe how quickly the team managed to get the job done!

I would not hesitate to recommend (and already have done!) to all my friends and family.

What started out with one job soon became 2 as they also do cat flaps!!! Edward (the cat) is very happy too!!

Like your other reviewers, I thought I was using a local service. I persevered despite their poor communications. Eventually, two people turned up to do the job, but only one of them did it. His workmanship was poor. He didn't clean his putty-oily fingerprints off the new glazing. Nor did he clean up the area around the window afterwards. Or give me a record of their guarantee.

Thought I was getting a local co. I clearly wasn't. Dreadful coms, surveyor said he'd call before he arrived at a flat I let. Next thing I know he's been and gone, without a word to me, and a surprise to the tenant. Consequently, he measured wrong windows (despite I'd photographed them, and they were misted up). Fitters arrived about a week later with one wrong window, and two others missing. Fitted what they could and broke one, (small crack) which I had to point out. Missing windows remeasured. Second fitter visit, one window fitted and one didn't. Third visit last window fitted.
Not impressed with fitters, no consideration for tenants, and didn't clean glass before fitting, making it now difficult to clean outside.
Dont pay balance until you are happy!

Turned up twice to a job but refused to do the work because they couldn't park directly outside. Didn't ring us back just left site even though we said we would pay any parking tickets. Bad communication poor customer service, Don't waste your time!!!

Recently moved to the area (Hassocks) and trying to do the right thing by using 'local' trades, this is nothing more than a divert to A&E Glazing based in Sidcup whom have an appalling reputation on Trust Pilot.

No doubt they advertise around the south in numerous local publications luring people in who are trying to do the right thing by using local trades.

Do NOT use under any circumstance as they will randomly respond saying they haven't the info, make up excuses about not able to pop round to measure and use WhatzApp instead, when they finally do turn up to measure they will happily take 50% deposit and you'll never hear from them again despite numerous calls etc., they will do nothing more than make empty promises with no intention on carry out the work.

Job was done quickly which was a positive. However it was overpriced and won't be using again or recommending.

Over priced, didn’t resolve problem, the glazier was sexist and patronising. They didn’t keep their mask on in my flat. Really disappointed and feel like I have been ripped off

Our experience of A&E Glazing from start to finish was awful and that’s putting it lightly! Day 1 no one turned up! Day 2 they arrived 3 hours late.. they cracked the tiles in my kitchen and tried to hide it, the windows and doors are of a very poor quality and standard and they are unfortunately very cheaply made, scratches on the doors and windows were covered up with a touch up pen! We have had 12 months of horrendous treatment and we have had to have our back windows and doors changed twice already and the 3rd set that arrived were so scratched and dented they didn’t even attempt to fit them! The handles on the windows show wear marks already and our front door constantly falls out of alignment. We are also Waiting 12 months later for the safety escape hinges to be fitted! The list of faults goes on and on!!! Calls are very rarely returned and if they are Tony will precede to talk over you and place the blame on everyone but himself!

I needed some work doing on a window and after phoning up A&E glazing, he asked me to send some pictures of the window via email so that he could assess the damage. A few days later, after no reply I phoned again. He said he could probably be there the following Monday, but would confirm later on that evening.

A couple of days later I phoned again and he once again said it should be fine but that he'd confirm that evening. 2 days later I phoned again, this time he did confirm that he'd be there "first thing" on Monday. I couldn't be there but my girlfriend took the morning off work to let him in.

At 10:30, after no sign, I phoned him again and got through to his answerphone, I left a message asking where he was? 15 minutes later I got a text saying that he couldn't make it as his wife was ill and he had to look after his son. A valid enough excuse but he could have let us know beforehand as my girlfriend had had to cancel meetings. I pointed this out to him and he apologised and said he'd email me that evening to sort out another date. I never heard from him again.
