The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. I have purchased Reembolso package, where it is written, that company compensates 80 percent of any doctors or procedures outside the insurcance list.
However, when i needed this reimburesement, especially during the quarantine time, they just say that my doctor visits and opertations cannot be covered, even when it is included in my contract, maybe from their side they have other, with my signature.
They also work with Santander bank, where workers make you purchase this insurance with threatening, that you cannot open a bank account without it.
I know i am from outside EU, asian muslim and can considered not equal to human, but if i have money, it doesnt mean that you can scam me anytime you want.
They dont even have english customer support, or at least it is impossible to reach them. STRONGLY not recommended, if i would have equal rights with locals i would go to the court or police, but unfortunately i cant.
