This is DELICIOUS! So smooth and light.

Delicious!!
We have a traditional restaurant in France and our chef discovered this delicious oil last year. It's perfect for his "Sauce Vierge" and all other salads etc. Can't imagine using anything else.

All you need is Aeithalis extra virgin olive oil and some bread, you will then be happy. Or replace the bread with a shot glass, it's that good.
