I am happy with the assistance received from Aemilius Cupero, who gave me good legal support and saved my business relations.

I was finalising a business deal and was supposed to make a payment to the other party. However, at the same time I received an email from an email similar to my business partner's email requesting that I make a payment for the deal urgently to a bank account. I had no reason to doubt the email and I made the payment.

I was scammed by a fraudulent company called Qteck, I went against my gut feeling and I invested some money from my retirement funds. Unfortunately my gut feeling was right. Qteck was very persuasive and kept pressuring me to invest more, which I declined. My refusal to invest more money was the reason qteck stopped all contact and no withdrawal was paid to me.

Coming back to my experience with Aemilius Cupero, I was pleasantly surprised by the resolution given by the entire aemilus team. Their service was effective and I was updated by their team at every step of the process. Their collective efforts worked and I got my money back.

What I would ask them to improve is their feedback time which is tad a bit longer, I understand that they might have a lot of customers awaiting a response.
