I strongly advise others to avoid using Aeon Shipping, there are more professional, transparent, and respectful alternatives out there.

I used Aeon Shipping to transport my vehicle from Dubai (UAE) to Suez (Egypt), and the experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish.

Upon delivery, the car arrived in an appalling condition:

-One rear seat was ripped
- Both roof racks were broken
- A key was missing
- The vehicle had multiple visible scratches

These are not minor damages one might expect during shipping, they reflect serious negligence and unprofessional handling. Ripping a seat and damaging roof racks are simply inexcusable. I submitted a formal complaint with photo evidence, but received no response whatsoever, even after 20 days.

Worse still was the lack of coordination during the process. The agent, Omar, shipped my car without notifying me, failed to provide any timely updates, and ignored multiple requests for basic information. When I asked him repeatedly for updates to coordinate my customs clearance, he responded sarcastically, implying he couldn't control "when the truck driver goes to the toilet." Because of their disorganization, I incurred over $400 in additional customs fees.

This company markets itself as a reliable logistics provider, but in my experience, it was the exact opposite: disorganized, dismissive, and completely unaccountable. The lack of customer support and failure to take responsibility for clear damage is deeply disappointing.

I want to sincerely thank Aeon Shipping for their outstanding professionalism and exceptional service throughout the import process of my vehicle. Their team is impressively well-organized, highly responsive, and always ready to assist at any time, day or night. Their constant support made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I shipped my car through Aeon by plane, in the beginning they told me from where it will depart and where is goes. I had a tracker in my car, they lied about the airports where it will go. Afterwards they confirmed and promised me a date and they where way to late. I could do it through another company but chose them because they seem very honest. I paid almost 40% more.

Later they send me a message through WhatsApp that if I want to receive the car I need to pay more costs because of delay it costs them more what we didn’t agree.

They lied about so many things and stole a lots of money from me approximately 70.000,00 AED ( 19.000,00 USD ) and when I wanted my car back in Dubai port they didn’t want to give me the clearance documents and took again money from me.

I will never ever recommend someone use they, way to expensive and they comes with excuses To take money from you.

I am currently working to ship my car to Bcn amd I am lucky I have Adhil to help me all the time! Very happy with him!

Another successful arrival of my container from Dubai with the help of Aeon shipping. They make importing cars and car parts very easy , every large car part was packed and covered professionally and secured inside the container as not to damage them. Also , they manage to secure all three cars by lifting the third one and securing with extra thick double wooden framework, double lashing straps were used as an extra precaution.
